CINNAMON ROLLS

Soft, fluffy cinnamon rolls with a sweet cinnamon filling and cream cheese glaze. Perfect for breakfast or dessert.


INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup warm milk
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 4 oz cream cheese for glaze

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. 2.Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until dough forms.
  3. 3.Knead for 8 minutes until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
  4. 4.Roll dough into rectangle, brush with butter.
  5. 5.Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over dough.
  6. 6.Roll up tightly and cut into 12 pieces.
  7. 7.Place in greased pan, let rise 30 minutes.
  8. 8.Bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
