INGREDIENTS

- •1/4 cup granulated sugar
- •1 packet active dry yeast
- •1 teaspoon salt
- •3/4 cup warm milk
- •1/3 cup melted butter
- •1 large egg
- •1/2 cup brown sugar
- •2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- •4 oz cream cheese for glaze
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1.Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl.
- 2.Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until dough forms.
- 3.Knead for 8 minutes until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
- 4.Roll dough into rectangle, brush with butter.
- 5.Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over dough.
- 6.Roll up tightly and cut into 12 pieces.
- 7.Place in greased pan, let rise 30 minutes.
- 8.Bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
